This Week's Line-Up - Maton 70th Anniversary Guitars, Parkway Drive LTDs Coming Soon, Magnificent Se

This year is the 70th anniversary of Maton Guitars, the most iconic Australian guitar brand. To celebrate they have released two very special limited edition 70th Anniversary guitars. One is an 808 body shape and the other a dreadnought. Both have a AAA grade spruce top, a cutaway and are fitted with Maton's premium AP5 Pro pickup system. These guitars will only be available this year and we have just landed one of each at our shop. Both have an RRP of $3499 but we are doing these exceptional guitars at only $2899 each. They look incredible and sound amazing. Come and listen for yourself! Very exciting news in ESP land is that Aussie metal legends Parkway Drive have teamed up with them again to create two new signature model guitars. This time they are releasing them under the more affordable LTD brand with one model each for Jeff Ling and Luke Kilpatrick. These guitars are only a matter of days away and will have an RRP of $2499 each. Watch the video below for a sneak peak at these very limited edition guitars, and give us a call to get your pre-orders in now. The latest instalment in the Fender Magnificent Seven series of guitars has arrived in the form of the 2016 Limited Edition American Standard "PJ" Bass. The only bass in this "only-for-2016" series and the only american P-Bass with a J-Bass pickup added in the bridge position. This 3-Colour Sunburst bass has the classic look and huge tonal versatility. It's at the special price of $2999 and we will only ever have one of them, so the first lucky purchaser wins. On sale this week are the new Tanglewood discovery acoustic and acoustic/electric guitars. The range of colours available is fantastic, with some very unique colours that you wouldn't normally find in entry level guitars. Straight up acoustics at $149, or with a cutaway and pickup for $199, these are gonna go off! We also snapped up a Fender FSR 65 Deluxe Reverb 'Blue Floral' amp with a few minor cracks in the finish at the recent Fender Australia Seminar. Because of these minor blemishes we are able to price it at a very special "Scratch 'n' Dent" price of $1749, which is over $1000 off RRP. The finish on this amp is absolutely beautiful and would look great in any music room. The "Guitars of the Week" are a couple of Fender Deluxe strats that have made their way in to the shop this week. We couldn't decide which was better so they get to both hold the title this week. Also, make sure you check out our new range of Gretsch hollow and semi-hollow electric guitars. They are absolutely exquisite!
